Engineered with a robust gantry system and advanced torch configurations, the machine offers unmatched efficiency and accuracy for cutting steel plates ranging from 5 mm to 250 mm in thickness.

Boosts productivity and is ideal for bulk steel cutting by supporting up to 40 vertical oxy-fuel torches for simultaneous straight cuts.

• Bevel Cutting Capability

With four bevel torch blocks, you can cut complex angled shapes (V, Y, X, K) in a single pass, making it perfect for weld-ready plates.

• Adjustable Rail Span

The adjustable gantry rails can be adjusted from 4000mm to 1200mm in 500mm increments to accommodate different steel plate sizes and workshop requirements.

• Auto Cross-Cutting Function

Adding an operational feature that automates front and rare cutting can reduce manual reposting and enhance workflow efficiency. 

• Minimum Torch Distance

Closely spaced cuts achieved precisely with a minimum torch distance of 55mm, which reduce steel waste and cutting costs.
