The Koike MYNUC is a high-precision CNC plasma cutting machine specifically engineered for heavy-duty bevel cutting applications in industries like shipbuilding, steel fabrication, and heavy machinery manufacturing.
Equipped with a tapering correction function, automatic V-bevel angle settings, and torch rotation features, MYNUC ensures consistent and clean bevel cuts from -45° to +45°, making it ideal for complex groove and edge preparations. The dual-sided gantry design and the rack and pinion system guarantees stability and precision.
The MYNUC offers high-speed plasma cutting with traverse speeds up to 54 m/min and cutting speeds of 6 m/min, greatly reducing production time, and includes an optional dust collection system (built-in or stand-alone) for a clean and safe workspace.
Powered by the FANUC-300i CNC controller with a 15" colour LCD, MYNUC provides intuitive control, stores up to 1,000 programs with 1,280 MB of memory, and supports SUPER400PLUS and SUPER600PLUS plasma power supplies on a 3-phase 200V/220V power source.
With a cutting width ranging from 3.5m to 7.0m and expandable rail spans up to 9.0m and beyond, the Koike MYNUC is a solution that is versatile and suited for metal cutting operations that require high volume and precision.
