AUTO-PICLE Series

AUTO-PICLE S is a motorised driven portable pipe cutting machine with remote control. The special guiding system with its fixed guiding rail guarantees a high cutting accuracy, especially while cutting large pipe diameters.

By using the motorised drive for trimming and beveling pipes highest quality will be achieved. The transmission chain consists of simply constructed, smoothly interlocking chain links. 

Due to the chain link’s easy insertion and removal a fast exchange for varying pipe diameters is guaranteed. The adjustments for bevel cutting result from an angle scale at the torch bracket.

2. Guiding System with Fixed Guiding Rail

Equipped with a fixed guiding rail system, the Auto-Picle S ensures high cutting accuracy, particularly when working with large-diameter pipes. 

This guiding mechanism stabilises the torch movement, resulting in precise and clean cuts. The optional guide rail is recommended for pipes with diameters above 600 mm.

3. Cutting of Vertical Pipes Possible

The Auto-Picle S is capable of cutting vertical pipes, expanding its versatility in various industrial settings. 

This feature is particularly beneficial for on-site applications where pipes are installed vertically, allowing for precise cuts without repositioning the workpiece

4. Simple Adjustment of Varying Pipe Diameter

The machine features an interlocking chain system that allows for quick and easy adjustment to accommodate different pipe diameters. 

By adding or removing chain links, operators can swiftly adapt the machine to pipes ranging from 150 mm to 1500 mm in diameter, enhancing productivity and reducing downtime.

The Auto-Picle S comes with a remote control pendant, enabling operators to manage cutting operations from a safe distance. 

This feature enhances safety and convenience, allowing for real-time adjustments to cutting speed and torch positioning without direct contact with the machine.

The centrepiece of the package is the Auto-Picle S/II - a motor-driven portable pipe cutting machine specifically engineered for oxy-fuel cutting. 

This advanced model offers automated torch movement, bevel cutting capability, and high-precision guidance, making it ideal for industries such as shipbuilding, oil and gas, and heavy fabrication.

2. Chain – 2400 mm Length (Supports Up to 600 mm Pipe Diameter)

Included is a 2.4-meter interlocking chain system, which allows the machine to be mounted on pipes up to 600 mm in diameter. 

This robust and easily adjustable chain ensures a stable and consistent cutting path. Additional chain links can be added to accommodate larger pipe diameters, making the setup highly flexible and scalable.

3. Cutting Nozzle (5–30 mm Material Thickness)

The scope includes a precision oxy-fuel cutting nozzle suitable for cutting materials between 5 mm to 30 mm thick. 

These Koike-engineered nozzles are designed for clean, efficient cuts and long-term durability, making them ideal for structural and process piping applications.

4. Connecting Lead (5 Meters)

A 5-meter connecting lead ensures flexible and safe power and signal connectivity between the machine and its remote-control pendant or control box. 

The extended cable length allows operators to safely monitor and control cutting operations from a distance, enhancing both precision and safety.

5. Tool Set

The package includes a comprehensive tool set for quick adjustments, routine maintenance, and on-site repairs. 

This ensures smooth operations and minimises downtime, giving operators the confidence to handle minor issues without needing external support.
