Portable Circular Shape Cutting Machine
Cir-Cut II is a portable automatic oxy-fuel circle cutting machine especially designed for circle cutting with or without bevel, on even surfaces, in horizontal and vertical positions.
A powerful electromagnet simplifies cutting in any position. The rotating gas manifold prevents tangling hoses and requires a reset of the machine to its home position.
Features
1. Lightweight Design for Easy Operation and Transport
The machine boasts a low-weight construction, making it extremely easy to handle, carry, and operate. Its compact design is ideal for both workshop use and on-site cutting tasks, especially where mobility is essential.
Despite its portability, it delivers industrial-grade performance, perfect for metal fabricators, maintenance teams, and field workers.
2. Precision Cutting with Centring Pin (40–200 mm Circle Diameter)
This circle cutter is equipped with a centring pin system, allowing users to position the torch with pinpoint accuracy.
This ensures smooth, clean, and perfectly round cuts ranging from 40 mm to 200 mm in diameter, significantly reducing the margin for error.
3. Bevel Cutting Capability up to 45°
With the ability to perform bevel cuts up to 45 degrees, this cutter allows users to prepare edges for welding and fabrication directly during the cutting process.
This eliminates the need for additional beveling tools, saving both time and labour while maintaining a high standard of quality.
4. Tangle-Free Operation with Rotating Gas Manifold
One of the most user-friendly features is the rotating gas manifold, which prevents gas hoses from tangling during use.
This not only enhances operator safety and convenience but also extends hose life and ensures uninterrupted gas flow, even during circular or multi-directional cuts.
Scope of delivery
1. CIR-CUT I or CIR-CUT II Portable Circle Cutting Machine
The Koike CIR-CUT I or CIR-CUT II are compact, durable, and precision-focused circle cutting machines. Designed specifically for accurate circular and bevel cuts, this gas cutting tool is widely used in fabrication shops, pipeline work, and heavy industries.
