IK-72T

The IK-72T is a portable automatic cutting machine for all positions (three-dimensional). There are three different types of rails. 

The 1D rail made of aluminium allows cutting of even surfaces. The cutting system, 2D/3D, is made of hard rubber with flexible steel pipes on the inside, allowing cuts in the second and third dimensions. All rails are delivered with a magnetic holder enabling cuts in vertical and horizontal positions.

The low weight (4.5 kg) and the outstanding rigid mechanics (gear rack/ bevel drive and lateral guide rolls) assure high-quality cutting accuracy.

2. Cutting Nozzles (for 5–30 mm Material Thickness)

Included are high-performance cutting nozzles optimised for material thicknesses ranging from 5 mm to 30 mm. 

These nozzles ensure clean and efficient cuts across mild steel, carbon steel, and other ferrous materials. Precision-engineered, they provide excellent fuel-to-oxygen mixing for stable and controlled flame performance.

3. Connecting Lead (5 meters)

The delivery includes a 5-meter connecting lead, offering extended reach and flexibility during operation. 

This lead connects the cutting machine to the power source or control unit, ensuring uninterrupted performance even in large fabrication areas or on-site installations.

4. Tool Set
