Available in two versatile models—the compact IK-82 S200 and the feature-rich IK-82 M300 - the series offers flexible configurations to meet your specific industrial needs.

The IK-82 S200 is the standard and most compact model in the IK-82 series by Koike Cutting & Welding India Pvt. Ltd. Designed for precision oxy-fuel cutting, this unit is equipped with a small standard arm and a 25mm (63/64") magnetic roller, enabling smooth and accurate tracing of magnetic templates.

This model is ideally suited for cutting RONJI materials (flat and contoured shapes that require detailed gas cutting), offering ease of operation and consistent performance in metal fabrication workshops. Due to its lightweight design and simple controls, it’s highly suitable for manual cutting tasks, prototyping, and workshop-level production.

1. Easy Tip Replacement

The IK-82 Series is designed with operator efficiency in mind, featuring a user-friendly torch tip replacement mechanism. 

This enables quick changeovers during extended cutting sessions, minimising downtime and maintaining consistent flame quality. 2. Cutting Nozzles (5–30 mm Material Thickness)

The package includes a range of high-quality gas cutting nozzles suitable for cutting metal plates with thicknesses ranging from 5 mm to 30 mm.

3. Connecting Lead (5 Meters)

A 5-meter connecting lead is provided for convenient setup and flexibility in machine placement.
