IK-93 HAWK

• Straight Line Cutting: Utilises extendable tracks to achieve precise, long cuts.

• Hand-Guided Cutting: Offers flexibility for free-form or irregular shapes without the need for tracks.

• Circle Cutting: With an optional radius bar, it can cut circles ranging from 100 mm to 1100 mm in diameter.

3. Pistol Shape Control Grip

Designed ergonomically, the pistol-shaped grip provides comfortable handling and centralised control. This design allows operators to manage the machine efficiently, reducing fatigue during extended operations.

4. One-Hand Function Control

All essential functions, including cutting oxygen, clutch operation, and speed adjustment, are centralised at the grip. This setup enables operators to control the machine seamlessly with one hand, enhancing safety and operational efficiency. 

5. Extendable 1800mm Track Sections

The machine comes with 1800 mm (72 inches) long track sections that can be extended. This feature allows for cutting longer parts without repositioning the machine, ensuring consistent and accurate cuts over extended lengths.

6. Tracer Guide Option

An optional tracer guide enables bevel edge cutting without the need for a physical track. This accessory allows the machine to follow a template or drawn line, providing flexibility for customised work, especially in confined spaces.

7. Bevel Collar

The torch angle can be adjusted from 0 to 45 degrees using a graduated bevel collar. This feature facilitates precise bevel cutting, essential for weld preparations like V-grooves or K-grooves. 

8. High-Quality Koike Series 100 Torch Tips

The IK-93 HAWK includes Koike's Series 100 torch tips, known for their superior design. These tips ensure fast, smooth cuts and are compatible with both acetylene and LPG gases, enhancing the machine's versatility.
