KHC-600D

The KHC-600D is a portable automatic oxy-fuel pipe hole cutting machine. The main application is the accurate cutting of holes with or without a bevel in pipes, high-pressure storage tanks and heat exchangers.

An eccentric mechanism guarantees an exact adjustment of the stroke (vertical travel of the torch). The rotational joint at the gas supply prevents entangling hoses and repositioning of the machine to its home position.

3. Easy Positioning for Cutting by the Use of Centring Pin (Circle Diameter 60 - 600 mm)

Equipped with a centring pin mechanism, the KHC-600D allows for effortless and accurate positioning of the cutting torch. 

This feature supports circle diameters ranging from 60 mm to 600 mm, ensuring precise alignment and consistent cuts. The centring pin simplifies setup, reduces preparation time, and enhances cutting accuracy.

4. Bevel Cuts up to 45° Possible

The KHC-600D offers bevel cutting capabilities up to 45°, enabling the preparation of weld-ready edges on pipes and vessels. 

This feature is crucial for creating bevelled holes that facilitate strong and secure weld joints, commonly required in pipeline construction and pressure vessel fabrication.

5. No Entangling Hoses Due to Rotational Joint

To enhance operational safety and convenience, the KHC-600D incorporates a rotational joint at the gas supply connection. 

This design prevents hose entanglement during machine rotation, ensuring smooth movement and reducing the risk of damage or accidents. The rotational joint contributes to uninterrupted cutting operations and prolongs hose life.

These high-performance nozzles are optimised for use with the KHC-600D and ensure consistent flame characteristics, high cut quality, and minimal slag.

3. Connecting Lead (5 Meters)

The package comes with a 5-meter connecting lead, ensuring safe and flexible control connectivity between the machine and its power source or remote controls. 

This generous cable length allows for safe operation from a distance, especially useful when working in high-risk or confined environments.
