2. Low Transmission Ratio Leading to Frictionless Feed

The Picle-1-II utilises a worm gear and worm wheel mechanism with a low transmission ratio, resulting in an exceptionally smooth and frictionless feed. 

This design ensures consistent cutting speed and precision, reducing operator fatigue and enhancing the quality of the cut. The smooth operation is particularly beneficial when working with thicker materials or performing extended cuts.

3. Torch Adjustments for Bevel Cutting Over an Angle Scale

For applications requiring bevel cuts, the Picle-1-II features a torch bracket equipped with an angle scale, allowing for precise adjustments between 0° and 45°. 

This feature enables operators to perform accurate bevel cuts essential for welding preparations and pipe fitting tasks. The clear angle markings facilitate quick setup and consistent results across multiple cuts.

3. Chain (2.4 Meters)

Included is a 2.4-meter standard chain, which securely clamps around the pipe to guide the cutter.
